This Acceptable Use Policy defines the boundaries for using Primary Super Intelligence™ ("Primary").

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

1. Violate any applicable law or regulation
2. Infringe upon intellectual property or privacy rights
3. Generate or distribute:
   • Hate speech or harassment
   • Misinformation or disinformation
   • Explicit or adult content
   • Malware or phishing content
   • Personally identifiable information of others without consent
4. Engage in automated scraping or model extraction
5. Interfere with system integrity or attempt unauthorized access
6. Use the Service for surveillance or profiling without consent
7. Attempt to reverse engineer, replicate, or retrain the model
8. Resell or repackage outputs without explicit permission

Enforcement

Violations may result in account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including reporting illegal activity to law enforcement.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violations of this policy, please report them to abuse@primary.net.

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
