Niki Taylor is one of the world's top supermodels, known around the world simply as Niki. Niki Taylor is one of the very few supermodels who have been able to steer clear of the fast lane. For Niki, her work is just that -- work. It is not her life. When not on photo shoots, Niki is at home, caring for her children. Niki Taylor thinks of her modeling career as work; her life does not revolve around the camera. Niki is the head of her own company, Niki Inc., and is a model with IMG Models of New York. Niki earns $15,000+ per day of work, and is rumored to bring in over $4 million per year. Niki previously filled in for Cindy Crawford as the first ever guest host of MTV's "House of Style." She has also done some reporting for "Lifestyles of the Rich And Famous." Says Niki, "Maybe I could do some acting in the near future. Something where I am not a model or a prostitute or a bimbo -- something challenging."

Niki does not have a favorite designer. She prefers to hang around in her Gap, Levi's, sweatpants, and sundresses. She does not like to eat at fancy restaurants, and would rather eat at home, since she likes to cook. Niki's worst habit is chewing gum, for which she got caught doing in school one time, holding up an entire Vogue shoot.

Smoking used to be a bad habit of hers, but she quit when she became pregnant. Niki's motto is, "Stick to the basics, hold on to your family and friends - they will never go out of fashion."

Niki Taylor Appears In Sports Illustrated: Swimsuit '97

The singular even that propelled Niki Taylor to the big-time world of sexy celebrity status was winning a position in the 1997 and 1999 "Sports Illustrated" swimsuit issue.
