Brian Matthews is a Founder of River City Internet Group (www.rcig.net).  River City Internet Group is an Internet holding company that focuses on software, Internet access, and hosting products.

Brian is a serial entrepreneur having started and sold the following technology companies: Primary Network to  Mpower Communications (MPWR) in 2000, Primary Webworks to Perficient (PRFT) in 2001, CDM Fantasy Sports to Liberty Media (LCAPA) in 2006, and IntraISP to Clearwire Communications (CLWR) in 2007.

In 1997, Brian was recognized by the St. Louis Business Journal as one of the publication's "40" Under "40" business persons. In 1999, Brian and Primary Network received the award as #1 Fastest Growing Technology Company in St. Louis and was named #22 on Deloitte & Touche's Inc. Nationwide Fast 500. In 2000, he was recognized as "Entrepreneur of the Year" by Ernst & Young and "100 Business People Leading Us Into the New Millennium" by the St. Louis Business Journal.

Brian has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
