the technology arm of CDM Fantasy Sports. Primary Network
was sold to Mpower Communications in June of 2000 for $145,000,000.

EVAD Solutions provides software solutions primary in
the ISP Business Management Space www.intraisp.com.
PrimaryClick is an Internet Marketing company which focuses
on assisting outside companies in marketing their properties
as well as marketing RCIG's own properties
